Figures shows that 500 million people are now signed up to Facebook, and figures show that they share more than 3 billion pictures every month and 60 million status updates a day. Wow imagine how many people are using this social network. But the thing is most people don't have privacy actiavted on their account. Do you like want to get stalked? No. You ought to have privacy which ensures no strangers can stalk you.
Alright here are things which isn't 'good' on facebook, and if you don't believe me then you will one day:, if you do this-
- Listing your private party in your house when your parents aren't home? Do you not realise unknown people can see this somehow and would gatecrash?
- You hate your job! Stop ranting how your boss is a nightmare bla bla, unless you got good privacy settings. It has been seen from history littered with the sackings of staff who made ill-advised comments about their workplace.
- There are many practical jokes people would do on facebook. But don't you realise the consequences some people aren't that broad minded, they might not take it as a joke you talking about them in status, or showing their pictures. Sorry sometimes wouldn't even do! Over some hype over facebook you loose a friend. How silly is that?
- Your having an affair? Facebook has become fertile ground for divorce lawyers, who are more than happy to pore over the site searching for indiscreet status updates and incriminating photos. A recent Stateside survey of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers found that 81% of top US divorce lawyers have seen an increase in cases from social networking evidence with the bulk of those involving Facebook.
